Flights and your airport meeting
Provide your flight number for an airport arrival. We monitor flights.

Follow the airport and meeting instructions confirmed for your reservation. No. This form starts your quote and takes you to our booking provider to review vehicles and estimated rates. A quote or handoff alone is not a confirmed reservation. Dispatch confirms availability, the final fare and your trip details; check your reservation confirmation before travelling.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. Last-minute requests are welcome when a vehicle is available. Final fare confirmation usually takes 1–2 hours and can take up to 24 hours. For an urgent pickup, call dispatch instead of relying on an unconfirmed online request.
Can I arrange a return trip or an hourly chauffeur?
Yes. For a return journey, start with your outbound trip and add the return when prompted in the booking flow. For Hourly/As Directed, choose that service type and enter your pickup, drop-off, duration and any planned stops. Share the itinerary so dispatch can review the schedule.
What currency and fees does the estimate use?
Estimates are in U.S. dollars (USD), per vehicle. They include applicable cross-border fees, taxes, fuel surcharges and airport fees. Ask dispatch about gratuity, child seats, extra stops and waiting beyond the included allowances. The final fare is confirmed for your exact itinerary.
Which time should I enter if I am booking from another time zone?
Enter the local date and time at your pickup location, not the time where you are making the request. Include the arriving flight number for an airport pickup. Review the pickup time zone with dispatch in your confirmation, especially for a trip between regions.
How much pickup waiting time is included?
Address pickups include 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Airport pickups include 30 minutes from landing for a domestic arrival or 60 minutes from landing for an international arrival. We track arriving flights. Contact dispatch about delayed baggage or arrival formalities and confirm charges beyond these allowances.
What is the cancellation or cancelled-flight policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure for free cancellation and a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If your flight is cancelled, we offer free rescheduling; contact dispatch with the replacement flight details to arrange the new pickup.
Are border delays included in the estimate?
The normal border crossing is included. If a traveller-related issue causes a border hold, waiting is charged at USD $2 per minute until the traveller is released. This is different from the normal border queue. Each passenger remains responsible for the entry documents and eligibility applicable to their journey.
