The normal border crossing is included. If a traveller-related issue causes a border hold, waiting is charged at USD $2.00 per minute until the traveller is released. This is different from the normal border queue or the airport pickup allowance.

What if the event runs longer than expected?
Explain any likely uncertainty when requesting the return and contact dispatch if the schedule changes. Waiting and a revised pickup depend on the agreed arrangement and availability.
Can our group be picked up from several Windsor homes?
