Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure for free cancellation and a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
If your flight is cancelled, we offer free rescheduling. Contact dispatch with the replacement flight details to arrange your new pickup; a changed flight should not be left as an unreported no-show.
Normal crossing included. Traveller holds are different.
The normal border crossing is included. If a traveller-related issue causes a border hold, waiting is charged at USD $2.00 per minute until the traveller is released. This is different from the normal border queue or the airport pickup allowance.
Prepare the correct documents for each passenger and clarify any travel-status questions with the relevant authorities before departure. A transport reservation cannot guarantee entry or release time.

Which page should I use for an airport trip?
Use the route from your Ontario city to DTW where available, and provide the actual flight details. A Detroit street transfer does not include the same terminal and check-in planning.
Can we collect passengers in more than one Ontario city?
Include all addresses, the requested order, passengers and luggage in the request. Dispatch reviews whether the schedule and vehicle are suitable for that multi-stop journey.
Does requesting a quote reserve the journey?
No. Dispatch reviews the itinerary, availability and vehicle requirements before confirming the trip and final fare. A return or waiting arrangement must also be included and confirmed.
